It is hereby notified for the information of intending bidders/tenderers, the right to collect and removal of cashew fruit and apple from the following cashew plantations of S.C.Co. Ltd., over a total area 107.50 Ha., situated at Kothagudem will be sold as a lot of 4 units or Unit wise, through SEALED TENDERS CUM OPEN AUCTION ON 12-02-2003 (Wednesday) at 11.00 A.M. in the office of the Executive Director, Dept., of Forestry, S.C.Co. Ltd., Kothagudem

                  Tenderers should quote the amount offered in the enclosed tender schedule duly signing on each and every page of the terms and conditions and submit the same in the sealed cover in the office of E.D.(Forestry), S.C.Co. Ltd., Kothagudem. Separate schedule should be submitted in separate covers for each of the above Units or for total units.

                  Last date for submission of sealed tenders along with terms and conditions is on 12-02-03 upto 10.30 AM along with Rs.20,000/- EMD for all units or Rs.5,000/- towards Earnest Money Deposit for each Unit by Money Receipt obtained from AAO(Cash), S.C.Co. Ltd., Rudrampur or D.D. drawn in favour of the SINGARENI COLLIERIES COMPANY LIMITED, KOTHAGUDEM for sealed tenders. The name of such unit should be clearly superscribed on the sealed cover along with Unit number/numbers.

                  The intending bidders would be required to pay Rs.5,000/- for each unit along with signed tender schedule on the same day ie., on 12-02-2003 up to 10.30 A.M. by cash towards Earnest Money Deposit in the office of E.D.(Forestry), S.C.Co. Ltd., Kothagudem.

                  The Tenderer/Bidder will be allowed to participate in sealed tender/open auction only for the unit/units for which the E.M.D. was deposited by him. No tenderer/bidder will be allowed to bid for any unit other than the unit for which the E.M.D. was paid by him

                  Date of opening of sealed tenders and open auctions is on 12-02-2003 at 11.00 A.M. in the Office of Executive Director, Forestry Dept., S.C.Co. Ltd., Kothagudem.

                  The highest Bidder/Tenderer shall be required to pay 1/4 th of total Bid/Tender value on the same day.

                  The intending bidders/tenderers can inspect the Cashew plantations mentioned above thoroughly before participating in the tenders.
