  • Before enrolling in this portal, You should make Student registration in portal “nats.education.gov.in (i.e NATS 2.0)” . (If NATS mail received with out registration no., enter “Registered1234” at NATS reg. no(Sl.no: 3) in SCCL web portal application
  • Name,Father name,DOB in Aadhaar should match with your Degree/Diploma/SSC.
  • The SCCL web portal will open from 26-Jul-2025 11:00:00 to 11-Aug-2025 15:00:00. Inviting for online applications enrollment in this portal from 26-Jul-2025 11:00:00
  • The candidates who have enrolled their names for apprenticeship training in SCCL website should submit the hard copies of the portal application printout duly signed along with NATS Registration form at the any of the area MVTCs (List Given in Annexure-A) on or before the date 11-Aug-2025 17:00:00
  • In case of PDF/PAF candidates application, RDO/Thasildhar/MRO certificate should be attested by the concerned Area Estates HOD or letter issued by the GM with PDF/PAF Details (.pdf file) should be uploaded.
  • In case of SCCL Employee Child candidates application, HOD attested SAP- EPR view & Employee ID Card(.pdf file) should be uploaded
  • You will not be considered for apprenticeship training, if you have already registered contract/undergone training/reported for Training under the Apprentices Act. 1961, in SCCL or any other Organization. You should submit an under taking to that effect in the print out of application(hard copy).
  • Applicants must upload his / her own scanned passport size color photo and signature in jpg format with max 50KB size with signature at bottom as per sample in portal.
  • Uploading documents(SSC,ITI Marks memo,Caste colour certificates, PAF/PDF or Emp.Child proofs etc.,) are to be scanned into pdf format only (Max. size up to 250kb each).
  • SCCL is not responsible, for any discrepancy/technical glitch/errors during data entry through portals. The applicants are therefore, advised to strictly follow the instructions/Guidelines given in Annexure-A
  • If errors found in application, he/she should apply again in the web portal with correct details and one Candidate should submit only one correct printout(Hard copy) of application at MVTC. If multiple applications are submitted by the same candidate at MVTC, they will be rejected during scrutiny.
  • Request for changes in application form in the portal or in hard copy is after submission is not possible at MVTC
  • Male & Female candidate will be selected as per selection criteria of the Circular
  • If selected, posting will be given subject to vacancy, at any one of your “option choice in Regions”. Application Submitted MVTC will not be not treated as a “choice” for posting
  • 95% slots are reserved for Local Candidates i.e candidates belongs to erstwhile four districts i.e Khammam,Warangal,Karimnagar & Adilabad. Horizontal Caste Reservations will be followed as per extant policy.
  • The candidates are advised to carefully read the pdf of circular, Annexure-A [With UBI bank branches list,Ten(10) MVTCs addresses etc] & Sample portal application print out pdfs in “scclmines.com/apprenticeship” web portal before enrolling application.
