                                   WALK - IN - INTERVIEW 
                                  FOR SPECIALIST DOCTORS

	The Singareni Collieries Company Limited with a History of over 119 years, extends free 
medical facilities to its workforce of 70,000 employees and their family members by operating 7 
well equipped multi Speciality Hospitals and 30 Dispensaries in the Coal Mining Areas spread over
in 4 Districts of Godavari Valley (Khammam, Warangal, Karimnagar & Adilabad) in Andhra Pradesh.

        Specialist Doctors in the following Branches are being   inducted in the pay scale of 
Rs.24900-50500 (E3 grade) with an annual increment rate of 3%.  This is supported with 
Non-Practicing Allowance @ 17.5% on basic pay,  Dearness Allowance @ 18.5% on basic pay 
and NPA is being revised quarterly, Journal  Allowance Rs.500/- in 1st year, 600/- in 2nd year, 
700/- in 3rd 4th 5th years, 800/- in 6th year onwards, Coal field allowance @ 7% per month of 
Basic pay and NPA. Allowance in terms of perks is being paid @43.5% of Basic pay per month.  
In all a Specialist Doctor, who is appointed in E3 pay scale will get a salary of Rs.47,744.64. 
The Management is providing unfurnished accommodation with power, water supply to all its 
executives and also supplying free LP Gas Cylinder one per month.  All employees are covered 
under Group Gratuity Scheme which entitles for full payment in case any untoward incident.  
The Management is extending contribution @12% of Basic pay + DA + NPA equivalent to the 
contribution from the employee towards Coal Mines Provident Fund which earns interest.  The 
employees are eligible for contributory Coal Mines Pension facility on completion of 10 years 
pensionable service on cessation of employment.  Well established education facilities are 
provided to the employees' children.  Recreational facilities are available in all areas.

	Career growth and promotional avenues are well defined.  E4, E5 and E6 grades are time 
bound, being given after a period of 3 years in the pre-grade.   E7, E8 and E9 grades are being 
given against vacancies after completion of 3 years service.  In all, in a period of 15 years an 
executive appointed as Specialist Doctor can be elevated to E8 grade.

certificate from AP Medical Council (or) Indian Medical Council (with one set of photostat 
copies) in proof of age, qualification, caste etc. for appointment on REGULAR /  CONTRACT basis.

(ii) CONTRACT: Doctors WHO RETIRED IN State/Central Govt., service only will be considered for 
appointment on contract basis subject to upper age limit of 63 years as on 1.1.2009 with a 
remuneration of Pay of Post MINUS Pension/Pension equivalent and accommodation on availability.

         Eligible candidates from outstation, on attending interview will be paid To and Fro 
II class Railway/Bus fares whichever is less, subject to submission of proof of journey.
