Taken charge as Director(E&M) on 01.03.2014. Earlier to this, held various positions in SCCL and has varied experience in Workshops, Opencast, Conventional & Mechanized Underground Mines.

Visited International Mining Machinery Exhibition (BOUMA) at Germany and at Las Vegas, USA.

To hold general charge of the following:

• Repairs and maintenance of all Plant & Machinery of Opencast mines and Underground mines, Workshops, Power Houses and Coal Handling Plants.
• For plant erection, commissioning and maintenance of 2 x 600MW STPP at Srirampur.
• Statutory matters with DGMS related to Electrical and Mechanical Equipment working in SCCL.
