| These tenders are meant for execution of original constructions and maintenance & repair works pertaining to Civil structures, roads, railway siding, water supply systems etc. |

| Unit rate tenders: |

| These tenders are meant for execution of outsourcing works such as Civic maintenance of townships, housekeeping of office buildings, cleaning of coal roads, O&M of swimming pools, STPs, supply of contract labour etc. These are man power-intensive tenders. These works are to be carried out at Unit Rates fixed by SCCL |

| Tenders for Civil works: |

| For works costing above Rs. 50 lakhs, tenders are called from O/o
GM (Civil), Kothagudem. These are called Corporate tenders. For
works costing up to Rs. 50 lakhs, tenders are called by respective
Area Civil Engineers. These are called Area tenders. |

| These tenders are called by Area Civil Engineers irrespective of value
of work. |
